Hmm... we ALL have cancer cells, there r just ppl who's cancer cells in some place in d body, more like 1-2 cells in d body go out of control caz of radiation (usually) n so they bcome sick...
generally, d seed of d cell doesn't function correctly anymore n so it multiplyies d cell countless times, that's d sickness more or less
