Friday :) I believe....
I'm 90% sure since Ep 8 came out last friday so it would make sense.

Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi airs weekly, and usually arrives here at Yaoi-Haven an hour or two after it's aired on Friday or early Saturday if we're a little late.
