Gallery Problem. - Yaoi-Haven Forums 2009

When I try to contribute to the forum, theres always a problem.
Everytime I try to upload a picture to the gallery, it says "Server busy, try again shortly."
It could be a bug, or it could be the server is just busy.
I highly doubt that because when the Forum was going through the donation thing, I tried donating 136 yuan(20 dollars) and it said "Server busy, try again shortly.".
So...this could be a bug.

It's not a bug, the server was just busy.

The Gallery I can't change that limit on the server, but for the Forum I can, and have already.

It'll display that message when the server load is higher than the set value, and to keep ourselves from causing unecessary strain on the server we have the limit to a more.. enforcing value than just something high that'll never be triggered~

The Gallery limit though, has gotten on my nerves aswell, so I will look into changing that to match the Forum.
