Chapter 1: Feelings

"where am I?" A boys voice drifeted out into the darkness that was all around. He looked round. stil only darkness, nothing more. suddenly a voice drifted towards him:

"Where do'you think... kit?"

"not here again..." the boy rolled his eyes in the darkness. every night was the same, 'always bought here, by that damn demon that dwells inside of me...' as if it was responding to his thoughts, the voice snickerd. "Whats wrong kit? Fearless in the day, yet so afraid to face me in your dreams?"

"Well it's not as if you give me a choice!! night after night, bringing me in here... it's not fair!!! Just... Just leave me alone!" The boy yelled towards the source of the voice, then turned his back on the voice. "hmmm, maybe i wasn't ruthless enough with you the other nights... I'll just have to make you pay respect to me!!!" The boy slowly turned back round "what are you going to-" the boy stopped mid sentence as he saw a figure in the darkness. "who... NO!" his eyes widened as he saw it was Sasuke uchiha. "You can't do anything, this... this is only a...a dream!"

"oh really kit? Then you won't mind if i do... THIS!" Suddenly silver flashed though the air, and a mere second later gaint claws were imbedded in sasuke's back. Crimson blood had flown everywhere. The boy was sobbing now, tears runnting down his face. "N-no! s-s-sasuke isn't really dead... t-this is all just a dream!" The boy said through his tears, looking to where the voice had come from. He looked back to where sasuke had fallen limp on the giant claws, now splatted with crimson blood. "oh really kit? if thats the way you really feel..." two yellow glowing eyes suddenly appered through the darkness, fallowed by a huge mouth that was lined with rows of razor sharp teeth. "then..." the mouth came closer and closer towards the boy, who had begun to cower away from the mouth that was fast approching him. "I'll just have to kill you too!" Closer and closer the teeth came... suddenly it was upon the boy about to bite through the soft flesh of his neck...
"NOOOOOO!" Naruto uzumaki yelled, as he lungend foward with the kunai he had been holding beside him all night. Panting quickly, he looked all round, looking for any sign of the darkness he had just been in. 'good... just a dream... but... it was so vivid this time...' He ran a hand through his dirty blond hair. It was drenched in sweat. sighing , he turned to look at the clock that stood on the bedside cabinet next to him. The hands showed that it was... 3AM!'Ugh, Damn that fox!!' Naruto thought to himself. 'He makes me see thease dreams... No, nightmares, and then it's no wonder I never have any energy to do anything when he wakes me up at this time! AGH!! Now I'm even talking to myself!!! I'm...going...CRAZY!!!!!' As Naruto carried on 'talking' with himself, he had stripped out of his night clothes and gone for a shower.

Naruto sighed as the water washed away the fear of the nightmare. He lent against the wall of the shower, letting the water run down his face. He slowly began to think about what had happend in... the dream this time. 'hmm... I wonder why the fox decided to do that to..to... Sasuke?' Naruto felt a deep blush flush across his face, as he thought of the Uchiha. For a minute he saw all diffrent images of Sasuke, from the 12 year old boy to the even handsomer 16 year old he now lived next to.

Suddenly Naruto shook his head violantly from side to side, send all images (and all water!!!) From his head. "Get ahold of yourself!" Naruto scolded out loud to himself, as he turned the shower off and began to towl himself dry. "Yeah... like sasuke would even feel like that about me..." he said quietly to himself. Yet... Naruto HAD began to notice changes in thje Uchiha's attitude towrds him, He wasn't as cold as he used to be, and Naruto could swear that he even sent a smile in his direction every once in a while...

Naruto finished toweling himself, and proceeded to dress. He paused as he began to put his t-shirt on, and he looked down at his chest. He wasn't as muscular as Sasuke was but... he hadn't devolped that badly though... Naruto closed his eyes and rememberd the timre hie had 'Accendently' walked into Sasuke's appartment while he was changeing. Naruto let a grin come onto his face as he rememberd the Uchiha's magnificent pysique. 'Well, well kit, what do we have here?' Naruto's eyes snapped open as he heard tyhe fox's voice purr in his mind. Naruto scowled and said nothing. 'come, come kit, can't you even say good morning to poor, old kyuubi?' Naruto carried on scowling as he mutterd under his breath: "old yeah, poor no... you son of a-" 'now now kit have you gone all moody because you can't get the mon of you're dreams?' Naruto blushed again a bright red running across his face as sasuke came back into his mind.

'he, he. I knew it! You're head over heels for Sasuke Uchiha. ahh, i doubt he feels the same way though, how very... disapointing for-' "SHUT UP!" naruto yelled. The fox's mocking tone was just too much, as it said Naruto's own fears and doubts. 'Awwww, poor kit, are you really so fustrated about not haveing a lover that you go for the first thing that comes into you're head? poor, poor kit...' Naruto was shakeing with anger, He could take Kyuubi's mocking no more. "FINE!! SO WHAT IF I DO LIKE SASUKE? I DO HAVE FEELINGS FOR HIM, ALRIGHT?! HAPPY, NOW THAT YOU'VE GOT WHAT WANTED??" Naruto finished shouting, waited for the fox's reply... Nothing, only the sound of him panting. Naruto pressed a hand to his head as he felt a headache begin to start. 'Ugh. it's too early for this...' he thought to himself. 'Still..'

He had ment what he'd shouted at Kyuubi. He really did have feelings for sasuke. Again a deep blush ran across his face as he thought of Sasuke. "I guess..." Naruto said softly as he began to open the curtains. "I guess... my feeling for him... is love."

Chapter 2: Banished

"He's in there!!!" A sudden shout bought Naruto out of his thoughts. "Whats going on?" he wounderd as he slowly pulled open the curtains. as he looked out through the glass, his eyes grew wide as he saw all the villagers (-yes, includeing the hokage.-) comeing towards the apartments. Suddenly, one of the villagers looked up, and as Naruto met his eyes, he could see a mix of anger, fear and hatered.

"Hey! he's up there in that one!!!" The villager who had met Naruto's eyes called to the rest of the group. Naruto stepped back from the window. Worry and confusion were the only feeelings in his mind right now. 'Why... Why do they want me??' He thought to himself. 'Unless... Kyuubi!!!' He shouted to the Nine tailed fox inside his mind. ' Oh, now you can say my name kit. What do you want now?' The fox replied. Naruto looked back towards the group of villagers, that were now almost at the apartments. 'did... did you... have you done any thing that... that would get me in trouble?' He hurredly asked the fox. In reply the fox gave a small chuckle, then said in a mocking tone: 'hehehe... I might've...' .

'Might've... Might've what?!' Naruto asked the demon ' Why'd you ask kit? Oh, thats right, you don't remember anything I do when i take over your body...'

"YOU DID WHAT???!!" Naruto yelled out loud. How had the fox done this? As if he was responding to the question, Kyuubi said (-or purred... cockey!!!-) 'Hmm... the seals.. so... shall we say old now, that it has weakend. Even though it isn't much, I can still posess you if i so wish to. It's just sooo much easier to do when you're sleeping and can't fight against me...That girl I killed yesterday... the taste of her blood...'

Naruto froze. ' You...you killed?' He asked the fox. 'Oh yes kit, but this isn't the first time...oh no, this is the... third month I think now!!!' Naruto sank to his knees. If this had been happening... Happeningfor 3 months... 'Then.. then... the dreams...?' The fox snickerd as it replied. 'Ah yes, the dreams... were only to distract you, just in case you did wake up... And try to stop me,' The fox finished smugley. Before Naruto lapsed into scilence, he asked: 'So...So that girl you killed... who...who was she?'

'Like I know! Although... I think she had pink hair...'

'You killed... Sakura?'

'Oh, so you knew her kit? too bad, she's gone now...'

As the fox was speaking, naruto was muttering happily under his breath: "Wow. The baka fox CAN be useful after all! No... more... she male!... i'm sooooo... happy!!!" Suddenly a shout from outside bought Naruto out of his 'happy land'. " QUICKLY! BRING DOWN THE DOOR, BEFORE HE TRIES TO ESCAPE!!!" Another loud bang sounded, and the door flew across the room. In the door way, Naruto's eyes widened even more as he saw all the shinobi from the village (-along with allllllll the villagers!-) Naruto just stayed where he was... he could she no hope of escape...

Sasuke's POV

Uhhhhh... Why is it whenever I even try to get any sleep, that baka Naruto, ALWAYS has to make some sort of noise!-looks towards wall- UGH! I sware he does it to annoy me. What the hell is he doing anyway? it sounds so wrong... just like when Itachi used to... -Shakes head- AGH!! I... WILL... NOT...THINK...ABOUT... THAT... BASTERD!!! END OF POV

Sasuke got up out of his bed and walked towards his kitchen. 'I will ignore Naruto's stupid noises, I will Ignore Naruto's stupid noises-' Sasuke chanted to himself in his his head. 'I WILL ignore Naruto's stupid-" BANG. "FOR THE LOVE OF-" Sasuke yelled out loud. "Thats it! I'm gonna go round there (-after spending an hour doing his hair... of course!! -) and tell him that if he dosn't stop ot i'll... I'll...tell kakashi where he keeps his spare keys!!!" He suddenly stopped and shudderd. "ewww... i'm turning... evil. And... I'm talking to myself. Whatever."He shrugged. And proceded to gel his hair up (-GALLONS AND GALLONS OF THE STUFFFFF!!!! okay. just...ignore me k?-).

'Agh... I've gotta try and get outta here!! God knows what they're gonna do to me if I don't!!!!'

'Awww poor kit, all alone, nowhere to hide...'

'Shut up, damn fox...'

Naruto looked round, but he could see no chanc eof escape. the fox's voice wisperd to him again 'Maybe... you want to use some of my power... get thease fools out of the way!'

Naruto suddenly yelled out loud, startling those around him. "NO WAY IN HELL WOULD I SINK TO YOUR LEVEL!!!" Then he just sat on the floor, waiting for whatever they where going to do to him. "the beast is wispering suggestions!get him!!!" (-I make it sound like: 'burn the witch , burn the witch!!' lol.-) As the villagers closed in around him, Naruto closed his eyes as he was hit in the back of the head and fell to the floor.

Chapter 3: Why Naruto?

Sasuke locked his front door and as walked over to Naruto's, he noticed it had gone eerily quiet. He put this out of his mind...until he came to Naruto’s trashed apartment.

Sasuke’s POV

As I walked into Naruto’s apartment, I could instantly tell something was wrong. For one thing the place was trashed, and it looked like someone had kicked the door into the wall. I looked round confused. Maybe something had happened in the last hour I had been doing my hair…. (-You all Know it’s true!! )

End of Sasuke’s POV

Suddenly Sasuke remembered something he’d heard the Hokage talking about.

Flashback

As Sasuke walked past, his ears pricked up as he heard the Hokage say Naruto’s name. “I’m afraid Naruto has become far too dangerous for him to remain here any longer!” Sasuke frowned as he edged closer to she slightly open door. What were they talking about? “But Lord Hokage!!” Sasuke heard Iruka’s voice chip in. “It’s not Naruto, but the Kyuubi inside Naruto that’s attacking us!!! Isn’t there someway to make the seal stronger??”

“Iruka, you know we’ve already considered trying to strengthen the seal, and it cannot be done!! You know what must be done Iruka, no matter what feelings you may hold for Naruto!”

End of Flashback

Sasuke ran out of Naruto’s apartment. “What are they going to do to him?” Sasuke thought to himself, as he jumped roof to roof in search of where they had taken Naruto. Suddenly Sasuke spotted a large group of people standing at the gates of the village. Outside of the gates Sasuke could see a figure, lying on the ground. However, it was only as Sasuke got closer that he saw it was… “Naruto!!!” Sasuke yelled as he came upon the crowd. “Naruto, wha- “ Sasuke stopped mid-sentence as he saw that Naruto was unconscious. Cuts and bruises were all over his face and arms, and there was an extremely large cut on his forehead, that was slowly dripping blood onto the ground.

“WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO??” Sasuke yelled, as he spun round to face the crowd of villagers. He was shaking, anger bubbling up inside of him. The Hokage stepped forward. Sasuke’s eyes swivelled to where he was standing. “We did this…” the Hokage began, until a shout from one of the villagers stopped him. “ We did this because of the Nine-tailed beast’s attacks!!!” Sasuke’s cold glare became even colder, as he looked at the Hokage. “So, because of the Demon inside Naruto attacks, you all decided to beat him to a pulp?” He looked at Naruto’s bleeding forehead again then back at the Hokage. “It’s sickening. All this for something he didn’t do…. What are going to do now? Kill him?!” Sasuke said quietly to the Hokage.

“ I have Banished him.” Sasuke’s eyes widened. “You… Banished him” Sasuke said quietly. “Yes. He can never return to this village.” A small smirk came on Sasuke’s face. “And how could you stop him? And he could just go to another village even if you did stop him”

“I have performed a jutsu that will prevent him from entering this village. As for the others… I alerted them. I’m sure they will have taken they’re own precautions.” The smirk vanished as quickly as it had come. “B-but how’s he supposed to….. survive out there?!” Sasuke asked the Hokage in a worried tone. “Either he will let the beast inside him take over…. Or he will die.” Sasuke felt a sharp pain in his chest as the Hokage said Naruto might die. The Hokage’s voice suddenly rang out. “Come. The deed has been done. You may all go back to your homes now.” The Crowd dispersed, until only Sasuke, and the unconscious Naruto were the only ones left.

Chapter 4: Everyone precious to me

Sasuke was alone now, except for the unconcious Naruto laying nearby. His head was in his hands, his black fringe drapeing down over his face. “why..." he whispered into the darkness. "WHY IS IT THAT EVERYONE PRECIOUS TO ME ALWAYS GETS TAKEN AWAY????!!!" Sasuke yelled out into the darkness. Panting slightly, he sat down on the grass near the gate, next to Naruto. Sasuke glanced over at Naruto. Was it his imagination, or had Naruto's bruises nearly healed? maybe his eyes we're tricking him in the darkness (-or getting revenge for lack of sleep!!!!-).

Sasuke looked over at Naruto again, and again he felt a sharp pain in his chest. "Everyone... Everyone I care about..." Sasuke thought to himself. "It's like Itachi again..." as he was thinking this, a random picture of sakura suddenly pooped into his mind. “that reminds me. I haven’t seen the she-ma- I mean Sakura for a while. Not that I particularly care, but I wonder what’s happened to her….” As Sasuke began to ponder this in his mind, he didn’t notice that Naruto….. Had begun to wake up.

“GRRRRRRRRRRR…….” A low growl echoed around in the darkness. Sasuke looked up, but there was no-one around. No-one except for himself…. And Naruto. Sasuke’s head slowly swivelled to where Naruto had been laying. Maybe it hadn’t been his imagination after all……

Naruto’s nails had grown so that they now resembled claws, his hands were curled, and his hair now had tinges of orange appearing at the end….. Naruto was standing now, his face hidden in shadow. Sasuke noticed that all the and bruises had healed, the blood that had dripped from them the only evidence that they were there. Whoever this was….. it sure as hell wasn’t Naruto.

“…..Naruto?” Sasuke asked quietly. For a few moments, silence….. Then slowly ‘Naruto’ raised his head and said “You wish boy!!” As ‘Naruto’ spoke, Sasuke’s eyes widend, and he took a step back. Naruto’s face….. Instead of human teeth, there were 2 long fangs, his eyes had become slitted, and yellow. And the ‘whiskers’ that were on Naruto’s face had darkened. When ‘Naruto’ saw Sasuke’s reaction, a evil smile came onto his face. Suddenly, his eyes grew wide, then became slitted again as he purred “ Hehehe…. You’re that boy….. that kit likes.”

“kit?” Sasuke wondered out loud. “Don’t tell me you still think that he’s awake! No….. I’m Kyuubi. Thanks to those idiot villagers, I was able to come out early….” Kyuubi’s smile widened, showing the full length of his fangs. “And….” He looked at Sasuke again. “You’ll do for my next meal!!!” Kyuubi Yelled as he jumped-

-And crashed in midair, into what seemed to be an invisible barrier. Kyuubi fell back down to the ground, yelping out in pain as he hit the ground….. the didn’t move. “NARUTO!!” Sasuke yelled, running through the gates, towards the body of Naruto “Naruto…” sasuke whispered as he knelt next to Naruto. His hand slowly reached out

towards Naruto’s face…. Until a clawed hand grabbed his own.

Sasuke tried to pull away, but Kyuubi had too strong a grip on Sasuke’s hand. Sasuke winced in pain, as Kyuubi dug his claws into the soft flesh of Sasuke’s arm. Kyuubi’s head came up, and sasuke found himself stareing into Kyuubi’s fierce yellow eyes.

Chapter 5: Kissed by a beast

Sasuke tried to keep his eyes focused on th night sky. He could feel Kyuubi comeing closer and closer to him. Suddenly, Sasuke could feel the kyuubi's breath on his cheek. He glanced down, and felt himself stareing directly into kyuubi's eyes. Sasuke wanted to tear his eyes away nut he couldn't force his eyes to move.

Suddenly Sasuke felt something slide up his top, then he felt something else go up his top. Sasuke felt a furious blush come onto his face."Got...Got to...Get away!" Sasuke thought, while stareing into those feirce yellow eyes. Almost as if he was reading his thoughts, Kyuubi purred " Don't even think about trying to get away... Not unless you want to end up on the floor" Kyuubi wisperd the last part into sasuke's ear. Sasuke couldn't move as Kyuubi's hands roamed all around inside sasuke's shirt. "mmmm... Kit was right, you do have an excillent psyique..." Kuubi purred, as his hands worked their way around Sasuke's chest. Sasuke felt himself go ridged as he heard kyubi say this. "Tut, tut, so tense... This should losen you up a bit!!" Kyuubi said, then he crushed his and sasuke's lips together.

Sasuke's POV

"Wh-wha-" were the only thoughts in my head as the demon pulled me into a kiss. He pushed me onto the ground, all the time, biteing and nipping at my lip, asking for enterance. At first I maneged to fight him off, but then he suddenly, dug his claws into my chest, makeng me cry out in pain. He responded to this by thrusting his tongue into my mouth, pulling me even deeper into the kiss. At first My eyes widend in shock, a deep blush across my face, but then I felt myself leaning into the kiss, my eyes half closed. 'Is this Naruto... or the demon still?' I thought faintly, as Kyuubi's tongue exploreing the inside of my mouth.

End of Sasuke's POV

Suddenly Kyuubi stopped leaning into the kiss, his hands stopped roaming up Sasuke's top. Sasuke opened his eyes slightly, meeting two wide blue ones.

Naruto quickly broke away, removeing his hands from sasuke's top. "... Are you Naruto again... or are you still kyuubi?" Sasuke asked quietly. Naruto had grown paler and paler as he realised what he had just done. "Hey are you-" Sasuke touched Naruto's sholder. Naruto looked up at him with large, frighted blue eyes , then he took off, running off into the forest, the only thoughts forming in his mind where 'I- I kissed Sasuke...'

"Naruto!!" Sasuke Yelled after him, but Naruto was long gone.Sasuke sank to the floor, tears forming in his eyes. " Naruto... Naruto doesn't love me?" He said quietly into the darkness. Suddenly flashbacks began to pour into his mind. "GET OUTTA MY HEAD!!" Sasuke moaned into the darkness, as flashback after flashback of Itachi came pouring into his mind.

Flashback

Itachi crept quietly into Sasuke's room. He slowly closed the door, the sharp click of the lock wakeing Sasuke up. "Huh?" Sasuke sat up, rubbing sleep out of his eyes. "I thought I closed that door... Oh well." Sasuke said to himself. He lay back down, and turned onto his side... And saw two red eyes stareing at him through the darkness.

Sasuke's eyes widend as he moved back against the wall. Suddenly a voice spoke through the darkness. "Come, come little brother... am I really that scary?" Sasuke shiverd as he heard Itachi's voice. It was soft, and Though Sasuke diddn't know it, full of lust. Itachi moved closer towards the bed. Sasuke Tried but he couldn't back any further away from Itachi. "Ummm... W-what do you want nii-san?" Sasuke asked Itachi nevously. Itachi came onto Sasuke's bed, and wisperd into Sasuke's ear. "What I want..." He moved closer. " Is you Sasuke"

Sasuke's eyes grew wider, and he immediatly tried to dart away from Itachi, but Itachi was too quick, and gripped Sasuke's shoulders and pinned him against the wall, His ferm grip holding the small boy in place "foolish little brother..." Itachi said with a smirk on his face. "You're so weak... No-one except me will ever have any feelings for you..." Itachi began biteing and sucking on Sasuke's neck, makeing the small boy wimper. "come, come Sasuke, If you give into the pleasure, you know you'll enjoy it..." Itachi let his hands roam up Sasuke's top, and said with a smirk. "I know I will"

Chapter 6: What is mine... and mine alone

Itachi let his hands roam up Sasuke's top, and said with a smirk: " I know I will". Itachi then proceeded to lifting up Sasuke's top. The young uchiha quickly put his arms down. Itachi scowled slightly. "put your arms up" Itachi said quietly. "n-no!" wimperd, looking away from his brother. Itachi flipped out a kunai and proceeded tp cut Sasuke's shirt, until the young boy's chest was bare. Itachi ran a finger down his brothers chest, makeing him shiver. Itachi then started to cut away Sasuke's shorts. Sasuke looked up at his brother with wide eyes. "S-stop I-" Sasuke started to wimper, but was cut off as Itachi pulled him into a passionate kiss, thrusting his tongue into Sasuke's mouth, makeing the young boy's go extreamly wide as a deep blush played across his face.

Itachi had now cut away Sasuke's shorts, leaveing Sasuke compleatly naked. As Itachi pulled Sasuke deeper into the kiss, Sasuke could suddenly feel a breeze. His eyes darted down, and his face turned red as he saw he wasn't wearing anything. Itachi broke away, noteing that Sasuke had noticed that he had cut Sasukes shorts off. Itachi then proceeded to take the robe he was wearing off, Sasuke's eyes wideing more, and more as he saw Itachi now had nothing on too. Sasuke tried to cover himself with his bed sheets, but Itachi flung then away. Sasuke backed up against the wall again.

" Lie down." Sasuke hesitated when Itachi said this. "...lie down." Itachi said again, his voice soft and commanding. Sasuke still didn't move. Itachi bought the kunai up against the soft flesh of his brothers throat. "Don't denie me of what I want Sasuke, or I'll be forced to use this." Itachi said in a dangerous voice. "LIE DOWN." Sasuke lay down on the bed, feeling extreamly exposed towards his brother.

"I-itach-!" Sasuke's wimper was cut short as Itachi lay on top of him, and started on Sasuke's neck, nipping biteing and sucking. Sasuke bit his lip as Itachi did this, trying not to make a sound. Itachi slowly moved down to Sasuke's back, nipping and biteing. The blush on Sasuke's face was burning, and a bright red. Itachi looked up slightly and smirked as he saw the blush across Sasuke's face. Suddenly Itachi flipped Sasuke onto his stomche, Sasuke wimperd, frighted at what Itachi might do.

Sasuke gasped as Itachi slowly enterd, so that Sasuke could feel his length. Then Itachi started to connect with Sasuke, building up a steady rythem, and becomeing faster and faster. The young boy beneath Itachi was struggling not to make any noise, his face slowly turning purple. Itachi suddenly thrust in hard hitting Sasuke's 'spot' This time Sasuke let out a shrill scream, as Itachi sped up slightly, hitting him again, and again. Tears began to stream down Sasuke's face as Itachi came closer and closer to release. He thrust inside Sasuke again, hitting Sasuke harder than before, and as Sasuke let out another shrill scream, Itachi found sweet release, and a deep moan escaped his throat. Sasuke lay beneath Itachi, sobbing and buiring his face into his matress. As he felt Itachi's leps brush near to his ear, Sasuke wimperd. He shiverd as Itachi wisperd into his ear " Now... I want you... to scream my name."

Itachi started building up a steady rythem inside Sasuke again, makeing Sasuke bite his lip once more. Itachi sped up slightly, going deeper into Sasuke. Sasuke's hands were clenched into fists, his knuckles turning white. Sasuke bit his lip harder and harder, as Itachi went faster untill he felt something (blood) trickleing down his lips. He oopend his eyes slightly, to see what it was, and Itachi suddenly went hard into him. A shrill scream escaped from Sasuke again. "I thought I told you to scream... My name" Itachi said in a soft voice, as Sasuke panted heavely."P-please... n-no more..." Sasuke moaned in-between pants, the blood from his lip dripping down onto the matress. "I'll stop... As Itachi started to enter Sasuke again, Sasuke was still pleading for his brother to stop. "P-please...S-stop!!" Itachi thrust into Sasuke, roughly hitting him again. "ITACHI!!!" Sasuke's shrill voice echoed all around the room. A small smile came onto Itachi's face. He slowly pulled out of Sasuke, and then flipped the small boy back onto his back. Sasuke was so tired that his eyes were almost closed, and there was a bright red flush running across his face. Itachi pulled Sasuke up close to him, so that Sasuke's head rested on his chest. Sasuke was breathing softly now, resting in Itachi's arms. He tenderly kissed Sasuke's forhead, makeing Sasuke shift slightly in his arms. Itachi lay down. Sasuke still in his arms, and wisperd into the darkness "Sweet dream what is mine... and mine alone."

Chapter seven:whispers of a beast

Naruto lay panting, tears streaming down his face. When he had ran from Sasuke, he'd kept running until he had found this cave he was sat in now. Naruto sat up, looking around him. “maybe.... maybe this is where I should be..... away from everyone else...” He said quietly to himself. “nobody could ever.... love someone like me.....” As Naruto said this, a sudden image of Sasuke came into his mind. Naruto felt tears stinging at the corners of his eyes, the tears fell, mixing in with the sound of the rain outside, making Naruto even more sorrowful. Suddenly, the cold cruel voice of Kyuubi bought Naruto back to his senses.

'Poor poor kit... All alone, not a single person to care about you...' kyuubi's voice whispered in Naruto's head, making Naruto clench his fists slightly. “th... that's not true!” Naruto said though his tears. 'Heh.... really...?'
“Ye-yes!...... Sa....Sasuke cares for me...” Naruto blushed slightly as he said Sasuke's name. 'hmhm... If that's true, then why did he enjoy kissing... me?'

The rain outside began to fall faster, the heavy sound of the rain-drops the only sound as Naruto slowly took in what Kyuubi had just said. “He... he didn't know... it was you!” Naruto sobbed louder, the loud sound of the raindrops mingling with the sound of Naruto's tears. ' And how can that be true kit? I even told him it was me'
Naruto could feel the demon's happiness grow as his misery grew. Naruto lent his head back onto the cave wall and closed his eyes as the fox whispered this.

Naruto opened his eyes slightly as more tears ran slowly down his face. “Then... then there's nothing left for me..?” Naruto said quietly out loud, in a question to the demon. ' Nobody every respected you there, nobody loved you, they just tossed you out, Sasuke didn't even try to help you. I'm the only one left.... the only one who can help you.' Silence. The sound of rain echoed around the cave. “....Kyuubi....” Naruto murmured “help...me..” Naruto “I...I don't care what happens any more.....I... I'm tired... of...it always being this way..”

'If you give me you're body, you won't need to be like this.... I can go and get revenge! Just... give yourself to me...' As Kyuubi said this Naruto found himself in front of the cage that kept the demon inside of him, Kyuubi's eyes staring out at him.
'do you want to give into my will and submit to me?'
“yes....” Naruto said. There was nothing left for him, no reason for him even living.
'....excellent' A evil grin came over Kyuubi's demonic face. Naruto felt his eyes beginning to close as Kyuubi started to take over. Just before his eyes closed completely, one last tear trickled down Naruto's cheek, his last thoughts were 'I'm.. sorry.... Sasuke...' Then blackness engulfed him.


Sasuke slowly opened his eyes. After he'd seen the memory of Itachi, he must've blacked out. He looked up at the sky. The sun was just beginning to appear. Sasuke jumped to his feet as he remembered what had happened, his eyes darting, looking in case Naruto had come back, however Naruto was nowhere to be seen. A worried look came over Sasuke's face. What should he do now? He had no way of knowing where Naruto had run off to. He could either go searching for Naruto or go back to the village.... And hope that Naruto would come back safe.

Sasuke slowly walked to his apartment. As he walked by Naruto's apartment, Sasuke suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest. Sasuke turned his head away from the direction of Naruto's apartment as he quickly walked by it, hurrying into his own. Sasuke ran onto his bed, and buried his head in his pillow. “Why... Why didn't I do anything??” He sobbed into his pillow. But in the back of his mind Sasuke knew he couldn't have done anything. No matter how many times he asked himself why he didn't do anything, he kept the fact that he couldn't do anything locked away in the back of his mind. Eventually Sasuke fell into an uneasy sleep, tears running down his cheeks, the tearful face of Naruto as he ran off into the distance.
