The Letter

Kairi walked along the sores of the beach at Destiny Island “-sigh- I am sure going to miss this breeze.” she walked along the whole beach one last time before she left. Then she had went into her secret place where her and Sora used to hand out in when they where you. She looked at the drawings her and Sora drew when they were young,
A tear fell down her cheek, “Sora” she whispered “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry” she remembered the letter she gave to sorry to read. She gave him a specific time to read it. At 4:20... That was the of when they for got together, the day of her first kiss, the day he told her that he loved her, the day she had a reason to live.
“it’s 4:15, I have to go now” she said to her self whipping the tears from her eyes.

He lied in his bed looking up “-sigh- I’m going to read the letter five minutes early….. It wont hurt.” he slowly got off the bed, and got the letter off his dresser. “ lets see what it says….

Dear Sora,

By the time you read this I am gone. You know how I truly felt for you. How I loved you uncontrollably, and that you where the only one in my heart.
I have made a lot of mistakes this past too months. I regret about breaking up with you for Leon. He ended up one of the most horrible men I have never meet. He hurt me physically and mentally, you’re the only I have ever told.
Sora sweet heart you cared for me more then any other guy out there and I am sorry that I hurt you and I wish I can make you feel better, and it hurts me in side. Everyday I cut my self knowing I can’t be with you, hold you in my arms, or kiss those wonderful lips of yours. You were and still are my reason for life, and when I saw you with Tifa the other day, I cried so much. I cut my self so much for you… then I stopped and started to think.
I thought to my self that you were happy, and that maybe I wasn’t the one to make you feel this way, so I decided to think that I am going to be happy for you. Then I thought to my self , I have lived my life… there’s no reason for m to live, I did my life I have done with I needed to do, and I did it wrong…I was suppose to make you happy, but I failed, so like most failures…. They must be deleted….Erased…. Your going to be the only one I am telling that I am doing…. I’m jumping off a cliff…..

Sora didn’t finish reading the letter, he just put it in his pocket and ran out the door, and got into his car and drove as fast as he could to the beach.

“-sigh- Bye my love Sora… no matter what I will always love you.”

She said as she slowly walked to the cliff.

“Bye this wonderful would….. Well you worn’ t such a wonderful world to me…..”

She took a few more steps closer to the cliff.

“-sigh- I wish I could have dome more things in my life… but I think I am doing the right thing… I am going to end my pain and the pain of others.”

She was at the end of the cliff.

She just looked out into the beautiful sea.

She hesitated for a couple of seconds.
She took a big… and maybe her final breath…

She closed her eyes…..

Then she jumped….

But someone caught her…

She slowly opened her eyes, and gasped at who she say.

“Sora?!?!?”

Sora was holding her by one hand.. “Kairi… why?”

Kairi hesitated to answer, then she noticed the young man had tears in his eye, that made her eyes get watery too. “I can’t stand the pain… “ she loosened her grip a little.

“But why? If you told me that you didn’t want to be with Leon, why didn’t you break up with him, you know I only wanted to be with you.”

She loosened her grip a bit more. “Because I didn’t want to hurt someone else… like the way I hurt you…, you were my first love and I let you go…. I regret that…”

Sora watched as his love loosened her grip once more, “Kairi…. No”

“Sora…. Don’t ever forget” she let go of his hand, with tears in her eyes, “Where ever you go I’m always with you.”

Sora couldn’t believe his eyes “KAIRI!!!!!” he saw her motionless body just lay there “KAIRI SPEAK TO ME!!! I KNOW YOU CAN HERE ME!!”

Silence was all he could hear. A tear fell from his eye…. Then he thought to him self ‘I can’t live without her in my life’ then he walked close to the end of the cliff….

“Today we found out that 2 teenagers, a female about the age 16, and a male about the same age, had jump off a cliff together. We found there bodies at the crime scene. We have been told that there was something written in one off the victims blood, it was a heart with the letters “S” and “K” in it, and there was a letter, they think it was from the young lady. We’ll have more about this later, but now here’s the weather…..”
