Alright, for weeks now I've been hearing all sorts of stories about Paranormal Activity and I've yet to convince a friend to see it with me. But has anyone else seen it? Was it good, bad? Were you able to sleep after you saw it?
The most I know about the movie is that it's shot like a documentary, like The Blair Witch Project and that it's supposed to be ridiculously scary. As such, I absolutely have to see it but my friends are chickens, and I kinda refuse to see it alone.
I really don't have much to discuss on my end, so you guys gotta help me out. If you've seen it, tell us your opinion. Haven't but want to? Feel free to join me in complaining until you do.
Is it even in theaters anymore?

Hmm... I saw one earlier this year. I was sitting on the couch and watching TV when I saw a black shadow in the photo frame. I thought it was my sister behind me, but turns out my sister was showering that time.

But I was told the movie was trippy just like the fourth kind,WHICH I PLAN TO SEE THIS WEEK.

11-16-2009 11:59 PM #6Its stupid how thats rated R and the Fourth Kind isn't.Paranormal Activity shouldn't be voted for by MILLIONS OF PEOPLE including TEENS and then be rated R.I bet most of the teens were eagerly awaiting to see this with their friends but was disappointed to find out they needed an adult.

But it didn't scare me at all. My friend who was beside me was like: "Shit shit shit. Hug me!!"
and I was like: umm okaay...
It's not that scary, I mean you feel sorry for the girl, because she's been followed by a demon (and because her husband is an idiot) but it's not the kind of movie that gets you all traumatized. I was able to sleep after I watched it.
But I don't know maybe I'm a freak or I don't get scared easily, you have to watch it and judge it yourself.
I hope you don't get traumatized like my friend xDñaaaañaaa! :3
